We do our best to make sure that we cover import and taxes so that you do not have too, however, sometimes this is out of our hands as some countries have their own rules. Especially if you are outside of the UK or EU.

We offer a range of delivery options to meet your needs, UK delivery includes all of the UK, Guernsey and Jersey.

Order before 4:00pm UK time (5pm CET) to have your order processed the same day. 
Order before 12:00am (Midday) UK time (1pm CET) for next day and Saturday delivery. 
Orders are processed Monday-Friday (not including bank holidays).

Returns Policy:

Maybe your item doesn't fit? Maybe you've just changed your mind? Don't worry about it, as we are happy to accept returns for a refund on any item that is unworn and still has all tags and labels attached. However, we must receive the item back within 30 days of it first reaching you. 

Just package your item/s back up (using the original postage packaging if possible), and post your item back to our UK or EU address’:

Take your parcel to your local post office and send it back to us, we recommend sending by recorded delivery so that you can make sure your item is returned safely.

If we believe the item has been worn or damaged, we will not accept the return, and the product will be sent back to you. However, if you believe you received the item already in this way, then please ‘contact us’ first.

Some items are not eligible for a return or refund, so make sure to read the description on an item before purchasing it. 

Sale items are only refundable as a credit note to be used to purchase something different on our website.

Payments will be credited back to the original purchasers credit or debit card and cannot be sent to a different card.

Card refunds may take up to 10 business days, however this is out of our hands and you should speak to your bank about timing on refunds.
